Can anyone help me out please .

I am on continuous mode and I need to store 120 plastics to evolve , since my Island has no oil I can't progress , couple of questions please ?

1. I can't seem to find any oil on my island or any others , can I create a fertility to do so ?

2. How do I colonise other islands if I find oil on it ?

1. Oil is found on underground plateaus which you can setup using a submarine. You will need to transport the oil to an island to refine it into plastic.

2. Place the usual building materials into you sub, and you will get the option to build a new warehouse. Most (if not all) of the underwater buildings are only unlokced when you get the tech population.

Plastics you'll find underwater plateaus that you can colonize, you'll be able to plonk an oil rig there, then set up a trade route back to your island with oil.

I don't recall there being an oil fertility off the top of my head, but colonizing an island is as simple as loading up a boat with tools and blocks and moving in range of a shore. You can build a new warehouse then. :)

Edit: Like the proverbial ginger step child. :p

Anyone , help please >

Techs are the third playable faction. They enable a player to go underwater to build cities there. Examples of Tech Buildings are the Laboratory and the Academy . Both Ecos and Tycoons can pick "Tech" buildings and other things. The Techs work for S.A.A.T. The Tech's leader is their powerful AI F.A.T.H.E.R..

Techs are the sole faction that can build underwater, although they require terrestrial housing.

Techs buildings can be accessed for 10,000 credits when the player achieves tycoon or eco engineers (level 3).

The Anno 2070 wiki can be a very useful resource....I still use it!

Hope this helps :)

Helpp please !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm completely lost!
Im playing the first campaign mission (The Two Year Plan) and have built my warehouse on the island... but I can't build the City Center! It doesn't unlock?

Do I need to meet some conditions before it does?

With sales popping up for this I'm tempted to part with my cash again.

What are the major differences between this and 1404 apart from the obvious time period difference? Any interesting new mechanics etc?

Do not get this game from g2play and I would say any other key site, Ubisoft will not increase your activation limit. I had to reinstall the game last week because my raid failed, so I contacted Ubisoft to get my activation limit fixed. A week later they just told me they can't do it because it's a "retailer that's not on our list" and I should return the game to the retailer I got it from.

They wanted pictures of my game manual with the installation code visible, proof of purchase, barcode from the game’s box. This is a little hard to do because I only got the key so I sent them my invoice with the key listed at the bottom of it. They wasn't interested at all in it :(

Oh well, still not going to buy this then if they won't relax their draconian policies. Screw UbiSoft!

Great game but there seems to be a bug whereby it says PLACE xxx building, you've done that and nothing happens... So you place another and then the quest works even though it said 1 building!

Can't you crack it or do ubisoft servers kept a track of things as well?

Bah i fancy a new building game i have anno 1404 but have never really gotten in to it etc.

seen the link for G2P etc but is there a site to get a key that works on steam?

I started to play this again, and have a problem where people have left a part of my city because of low food (fish). I got my fish storage back to normal levels and now no one will move back into that part of the city which means i am losing money and now i have gone in debt :(. How do i get people to move back in?

I have not bothered to reinstall this game as I last posted...

If this kind of game floats your boat then yes it is worth it. Just don't use up all your three activations if you change your hardware a lot. This is even more important when you are buying it from places like you note as one forum member was asked to provide scans of his box, with bar code, a printed receipt and something else I have forgotten. Only then would they increase his activation limit.

...so as I bought mine from a key activation site I could end up being stuffed.
