Another failed SSD

To be fair to Crucial, and to add my own anecdote to the pool, I own 2 Crucial SSDs (both C300, one 64 and one 128 GB), and both are fine. I've had them for at least a couple of years. I also buy almost exclusively Crucial RAM and they have never let me down.

Used to buy all my memory from them for SDRAM and DDR and never had a failure, they then kinda slipped off the radar. I wouldn't say I've had a bad experience with them with my SSD, ok it died but so did my previous SSD but they replaced it within a week of me sending it back for a newer model. It won't stop me buying from them in the future as I still have a good opinion of them.

Also another Crucial M4 user here.

Just before you got your problems any odd sounds? Mine has been making some odd sounds recently.

Primarily when loading BF4 Maps...heavy strain I imagine. Unless it's PSU whine of course, which I highly doubt as I've NEVER had this :) Just FYI, my PSU is: Antec TruePower New Modular 750W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
