Right.
Puzzle time for you lot - I've bought a new car and suprisingly it's not what you're already assuming it was!
Picked it up yesterday from deepest darkest Ludlow, right in the middle of the middle of nowhere. Drove it back a good 160 miles trouble free and have been tinkering today, not that it needs much doing (few fuses, electrical niggles etc).
I will release a clue every hour or two until the answer is found!
Your starter for ten:
The ladies (and I'm not joking) just love it! This is from personal experience of driving it around today, think 'the Lynx effect' and you're not far off!

so it's clearly old and British. Based on past cars I'm thinking Triumph but not another Dolomite as that would be too obvious.
