/me pats Virgin Media box lovingly.
Seriously, the Internet-on-DVD Volume 2 is full of complaints about Sky and Sky boradband (the other half are maoning about the lack of Sky One on Cable!)
I'd find out who you need to write to. It is always better to have a name, then you can chase them up.
My parents have had problems with Sky but strangely I have never had any problems with NTL and no they are Virgin Media things seem to have improved. Your not in a cable area are you? 10mb cable broadband is a hoot...hell the 2mb in the 3 for £30 is damn fast.

The point is all we want is equitable service. If i dont pay for a service/product then i expect the weight of the law to come down upon me. Correspondingly the same should be true of companies syphoning monies from customers through either incompetence or negligence.
