Sorry to start another supplements thread guys, but anyway here goes:
I've been on a weight loss drive for the past 10 weeks (lost ~45lbs), and I'm moving into the last 10-15lbs so I'm looking to increase my calorie intake to slowdown my weight loss. Right now I'm cutting down on the long-duration rowing machine work, and have started to mix in some weights and swimming. When I've lost the remaining fat I'll be concentrating on muscle-building work (mainly with free weights). I know there's loads of good information on these forums from Chong, Morba and co so I'm trawling through and learning plenty.
Anyway... I'm looking to place a fairly large myprotein order to get me started, and was hoping someone could give me a first-order-discount code?
I'm planning to order:
* 10kg unflavoured whey (planning to flavour with blended frozen berries if I can't stomach the taste)
* Omega 3 supplements (probably around 500 tabs total)
* Green tea extract (One 360 unit tub, probably)
Basically, I'm wondering what else people would recommend I go for? I'm not interested in using creatine yet - I'll move down that road in a few months when my "honeymoon period" is coming to an end. I'm very much open to suggestions... Glucosamine perhaps?
On an unrelated note - I seem to find that when lifting (either free weights or machines) my forearms become tired with any of the lifts, often more so than the muscles I'm trying to target. What could I be doing wrong? My forearms are already pretty big compared to other muscles, so I doubt it's just a lack of strength.

 Actually I do have achy joints, but I'm guessing that's to do with excessive cardio work recently

 It's a LOT cheaper than any high street prices aswell but still about £25 for that amount!
