They are finished items, but not in European retail packaging, they have chinese packaging currently. But the contents are full retail products.

I know I would give test items a go as this would help further progress. Only one way to find out if they would be up to the job in day to day use is test them out.

Postman brought me a present today. First impressions, Nice and petit. 90mm fan. Not that impressed with packaging though, heatsink appears to have several damaged fins ( bent ).
