Heard Symantec Brightmail is supposed to be good. Never used myself though.

Pretty much install and forget (like most now I guess, as it automatically updates the black/grey/whitelists). Users won be happy as from today I've classed all Facebook messages as spam. Can't wait till the calls come in tomorrow
oh - and it lets you filter outbound emails too (always amusing on a slow Friday afternoon to have a look through the mails caught in the Profanity filter)

For email av/spam/etc, we use a Sophos ES1000 Gateway box
(In essense, a Sophos puremessage implementation-kinda-thing running on its own hardware)
Point all our exchange '07 servers to use it as a smart host, all mail flows in/out of it. Recently introduced it to replace/bolster puremessage installations on the servers themselves. Working very very well at the moment.
