I even tweaked the value so that the mirrors and any open windows close instantly on lock (ie, not holding the button down).

Oh awesome. Do you know if you can do that in an E39 general module? I'm guessing not or everyone would do it and not need an Intravee to provide that feature.

Not sure. My cable won't read E46 / E39 sadly (general faults but no tweaking through NCSExpert). I would imagine if you looked hard enough, you could find it. I found it through NCSDummy (the line to change) but there was no value. I made a custom value of 00 to be 0 seconds and wrote that back to the module
