Let me know if you need any more help with the drawings etc I can do it tomorrow. Can also turn them into a 3d stp file if the company have cnc machines.

Its just getting laser cut so i was guess no need for a 3d drawing . But my buddy has access to a 5 axis so if yer feeling bored feel free to 3d it :P

And i really do appreciate the help from you all

just to let you know on the first part, to keep the 10mil step before the big rad the centre points will be as highlited on the screengrab.

the big radius curve is not critical to the build .. so we can lose the step.. whatever work in real design is fine

I've had a look at the dropbox link Snaggle. There's still a fair few dims that would seem to be 'guess work' drafting them up.
I'll have a little shufty through them tomorrow for an hour or so. Send me a trust thingy if you want.

Thanks Jumpy

Its not lack of software its lack of experience :P . This has to go to the laser cutters and if aint right then i waste £120 in steel .

If some of the dims still aint right then i can check and amend .. but i need an experienced eye to find them so i dont fall foul when they go to get cut !

Ok. Well, I'll have to send you a pdf where you can look over the bits and bobs and make any amendments as required.
