What the yellow line means?

It's a Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 SATA.

The drive is replacement under warranty but is very noisy, lots of tiny clunks etc..

No need to say back it up as anything i put on im not bothered about losing.

Oh and whe HD tune is open it makesa chuntering noise like im searching for something and its heavily fgragmented (but its not) then i close HD tune and its quiet for a bit.

Then the rest of the time it sounds like water running through a drain (hard to explain lol).

I've ran seatools and found no errors.

Edit:

Just ran the benchmark and when it got to the access time part it got extremely noisy

I just searched for the thread where someone showed there seagate drive stats the other day and it showed that, and my seagate 300GB was exactly the same, from what others had replied it seemed normal I think..

Yes mine's the same. For some or other reason that stat is highlited in yellow. Perhaps because it can be indicative of imminent problems if it starts getting non-zero/less than 100 percent fit(?)
