DK2 wasn't that popular in its day, certainly less than it deserved, and publishers simply don't want to take what they see as risks with non-mainstream franchises - for example the trouble Chris Taylor and GPG had in finding one to take on SupCom. Still, games like Overlord and Portal can be successful so there's no reason DK3 wouldn't do well.
I did hear one was in production from Bullfrog though this would have no development work by Peter Molyneux as he left so it may not be up to those standards.
heh i play through the dk games as well as theme hospital usually every year.. still amazing games, would have loved a third one.. although the second was simplified a bit more than it should have been it was still a great game
Old games are find by me, though I never liked Giants: Citizen Kabuto. Forgot about Constructor but liked the demo, going have to get the full game. Thanks for all the suggestions.
