nothing but praise for it, apart from one niggling little issue that went all the way to the head of Qnap customer support because nobody knew what it was
turned out the twonky media inside the qnap kept refreshing its media library untill it used all virtual memory and page file etc.. and crashed the system. Qnap support ran a command line fix through SSH to fix it. Not sure how many people it effects, but apparently the support from Qnap getting it fixed was excellent, asking him to leave it on so they could check in taiwan during the night etc..
