My fans keeps turning on and off and i have to press the power switch a few more times or wait a for t to turn on and off on its own also i get a plain background screen after bios

Yeah we do get the bios but straight after it becomes a blank screen

or whatever the bios key is on ur mobo

u just need to setup ur boot drive n stuff? duno if im missing something here

Have you tried it with the graphics card removed? It probably won't help, but it will help to narrow things down a bit.

Try with one stick of ram at a time. And if you can can get into the bios, check your ram settings.

Not pressing anything at the bios screen gives me a black screen with a blinking cursor. Whenever I press any of the options on my keyboard I get the same so I'm not able to access any of the bios options. I've tried a stick of ram at a time and it hasn't helped.

Sorry, I'll try to sum up everything.

I just built this pc and I've yet to install windows on it. I've made all the connections and then on booting I've received this problem. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting individual parts but none of it seems to affect the boot.

On boot the pc runs and the fans run but then stop. The computer then reattempts to boot 3 or so more times before it actually succeeds. This is when I can see the bios screen and that's where I'm stuck.

Right, you built your PC, installed OS, all your drivers,everything was fine and now you are having problems.
When did the problem first start?
Did you make any adjustments in the bios or add any hardware, prior to the problem first occurring.
Check that all connecters are firmly connected
