Any Lacie ED Mini Owners

I have one of these given to me by a mate. I have been using it for the past month or so without any issues.

I have had it switched off for a week or so because I needed the Network Port it was using for something else. I have turned it on today and nothing.

My Router does not even give it an IP address.

There is power to it, and the Network Light is green. After about 5 mins the Fan just starts to whine but I get no action from the unit itself.

Any ideas? I have some Folders on there which I would rather not loose.

If you do a search on the net you'll see that it's common for the external powersupply to fail. Happened to me just a couple of months ago. Maybee you can check if it is supplying the correct voltage and amps?
