Any minimum requirement for SSD?

Hi guys,

I fancy grabbing a new SSD Drive as i heard they increase Windows loading times along with programs opening, by a considerable amount.

Is there any miminum requirements to running one of these? My Board is the MSI P7N SLI Platinum.

Nope - your system (assuming one in sig) should cope fine. However, using Windows 7 with one is recommended as you get TRIM.

I'm running a Vertex 2E on a 5 year old laptop (running win 7) right now - works like a dream and so much has been sped up.
