I'm confused what your asking? you posted a link to unlock your phone but asking people to help?

Why cant you enter the details yourself?

Well I ended my o2 contract and forgot to do it. I thought o2 phones came unlocked.

I think you need to contact them directly - even if you are no longer an o2 customer.

I think any only o2 customer can. That's what I was told anyhow.

If you were an o2 customer, and you want a phone unlocked which you originally purchased through o2, then you need to ring them up yourself.
