Any one else get depressed on hang over days ?

I think at the end of this crate i am either going to stop drinking all together or cut down loads. It's doing me no good at all. Currently I am trying to lose weight. I want to lose about 13 stone, that would be nice

I usually think about what happened and laugh it up, keeps me happy. I even laugh whilst throwing up as I never usually do
