Any programs that will clean up my hardrive?

My hardrive is only 120gb, but with all these games im getting its getting pretty full, im needing to uninstall games to install others, so are there any programs, aor anything i can do to get loads of crap off it?

google for ccleaner, cleans out all the junk Windows doesn't, and it's freeware too
