The 80SLT uses the 3 star align, so easy to get going for guided astronomy.
It being a long tube 80mm refractor means that is is not going to give you deep space views, but planetry and lunar stuff will be cool.
Now for the fun stuff. Get a copy of Starry Night, I think Lidl currently have it for £12. With this you can hook your scope upto you PC and simply point on an object on screen and the scope will slew to it.
Also remember that your telescope is a huge lens for a camera
You will be amazed at the type of photos you can get with a webcam!
