Got my 570 tommahawk delivered today
and one of the screws on the M2 slot is loose, thought it was just not tightened up, but when i try and tighten it, it just spins

its on the 1st m2 slot , not the 2nd, so i need it

is there anything i can do ?

i'll be using a 2280 m2 drive, so could i move one of the screw slots from the middle to the location i need ?

or has the motherboard got to go back ?

ah the actual heatsink screw. If you can't get that off then you can't install a drive under it.

Can you push down a bit as you unscrew? I don't recall any problems or issues with it.

i can get it off no problem

just received the board, and tested all the screws actually screw tight, this one does not

if i put in my m2 drive, (which is in this pc at the moment) will it be ok or ?

Had to swap them around as the screw wouldn't tighten up

But I now have a major problem
I didn't realise this motherboard takes 8pin and 4pin cpu headers , my PSU has 2x4 only, I'm short by 1 block of 4

Psu isn't that old, its a seasonic Focus Plus 650W. Now my pc is in bits and I can't use it

thanks to my phone to be able to get online and see your reply, otherwise i would have ordered a new PSU

im up and running on AMD now :) Thank You ! :)

3600 @ 4.2 with x570 tommahawk board

running only Corsair Vengeance 3000 RAM (4x4Gb) XMP on (16Gb)

is the RAM ok will i see a huge performance boost if i change these?
