Any tips for this diet.

Your other option is to make double or triple portions for dinner and you can eat it the next day. I often make a batch of chilli with 2-3kilos of mince. Freeze most of it, then eat it over the next few days. If you do that every night with different meals you'll soon have plenty of variety in your freezer.
 
Dont forge though when building its an excuse to eat what ever the hell you want -
Well depends on how serious you are on the cutting section and how 'out of shape' you want to look when building

If you look at top competitors out of season, they pile on the pounds and fat!!
They are just dead serious when it comes to cutting 0


So doesnt have to be all 'none of this and none of that' -


(I however like to try and keep reasonably trim whilst building so keep it at roughly 2lbs per wk increase!)
 
Using just a few grams is ok but to really feel the benefits I'd recommend a 5g serving 30 mins before you train. Use it with CEE in a stack... awesome

I have now got some through (dam that was cheap and quick lol!)

Whats best to mix it with - just straight water/? roughly how much ?

Whats the CEE all about then? :confused:
