Anybody else recieved there university results yet?

:p

it wasn't solid really, hardest thing was motivating myself this final year. thought id made a right mess of things due to severe lack of work other the whole course, but result suggests otherwise . need to wait for final transcripts to see what happened! i absolutely hated the fact SEAS dont release jan results. utter joke

in terms of plans, trying to get a job now back at home but it is proving more difficult than i thought. how about yourself?

Likewise, I really thought I had made a mess of my final year, the work load wasn't very well spread and not having any feedback throughout the year wasn't very helpful! The marks breakdown should be interesting! I'm not in any rush to find a graduate job just yet, have decided to stay in Birmingham while my gf finishes her masters. Will probably find a temping job in the meantime, after that will need to have a proper think about my plans!

2:1, so now I'm a Bachelor of Motorsport Engineering, with honours :D

Very pleased. Fell dead in the middle of the grade boundaries too, so no annoying 'almost a first' feelings :) Just what I wanted!

Got my 2:1! Phew. Got 68% for my project which was much higher than I was expecting. Can't beat a quiet, sober night in front of the football to celebrate :p

I've just finished my 3rd year or a 4 year course. On an average of around 72% at the moment. In theory I could now drop out and leave with a 1st BSc in Computer science. But I'll see how my fourth year goes first I think:p

Got a 2:2 in Env Sciences which i'm happy with considering the level of work I put it, a 2:1 would have been possible but I chose to do things the easy way and not put in a great deal of effort into every module.

Graduation isn't until November 18th - 22nd I believe - but at least that's in St. Albans Cathedral - should be nice :)

Finally got the rest of mine through, a 2.1 in Pharmacology and a 1st in Physiology along with my 2.1 in Molecular Genetics. Really happy bearing in mind I came out of those exams feeling I'd done terrible!

Just got my second year results. I got 6 A's and 2 B's with an overall average of 76%. I am very happy as I am now able to transfer onto the Meng programme.

I got a nice phone call from my personal tutor today saying that I didnt pass the first year but she had a meeting with the board of people and they decided that I can re do the first year again if i want to.

Now I just need to decide what I want to do.

Decisions, decisions, decisions. :(

I rarely pick up on mistakes. I just couldn't help but find it funny that someone that's just been given a very good grade at degree level still hasn't worked out how to use his words.

Sue me.

i agree with this man, not because of the fact it was a spelling error, because it was grammatical, its the wrong word! getting a degree in anything and still not knowing which their, there or they're to use? bit of a joke really

30 hours a week faffing around on campus doesn't count as hard work in my book. SOME Degrees are a doss.

Gotta add a correction there matey :P Im off to do Maths & Physics at warwick in sept, im sure it wont be a doss. And im sure the biologists, engineers and chemists, amongst others, agree that their degree isnt a doss either.
