When my graphics card broke I submitted an online support ticket but then I noticed they no longer stocked the card I had. So I rang them up and they offered me any card of my choice that matched the value of the old card from when it was bought. (Which was great because my old card had dropped around £60-70 in value 
)
Also complained to Dominoes that a pizza had barely any cheese and was very well done, got a free pizza back, but it wasn't much better.
