I'm looking to purchase some front discs for my R26 Megane and Autodoc have the drilled Brembo discs listed for £38 each:

https://m.autodoc.co.uk/brembo/8013087

Online reviews seem mixed with the biggest issue being longer than stated delivery times. Now Im in no rush and the price is great, but obviously don't want to pay for something that isn't going to turn up.

Has anyone on here used Autodoc, or any of their other trading names? If so would you use them again or steer well clear?

Thanks

I came across this company looking for wheel bearings. Their website and app are pretty slick, but the sheer number of bad reviews on Trust Pilot make them sound like incompetent baboons.

- Made to look like a UK company, but based in Germany.
- Dubious customer service.
- If they send you the wrong (or inferior replacement) parts you have send them back at your own cost. To Germany.
- Lengthy delivery, usually over 5 working days before it even leaves Germany.

So yeah, the savings on the non-urgent parts have got to be quite significant in order to gamble with Autodoc.

Thanks for the replys guys. If the main issue is just delivery times then I may take a punt.

Suppose the real question now is do I go for the Brembo high carbon drilled discs or the Brembo high carbon blanks as they'll both cost me approximately £90 delivered for the pair....

Try mr auto i bought my front discs from them.

Cheers for the heads-up on this! Just ordered two front FAG wheel bearings at £102.20 each (using a promo code), compared to Autodoc's £96.54, compared to BMW's £260, I kid you not! Paid for the express delivery too so should be here this week. I just couldn't trust Autodoc after reading their reviews.

There is a whole load of sister companies to Autodoc, all with the same webpage style/layout. They had some super prices for various parts I was looking at, but lots of people mentioned that they wouldn't get the part they ordered/inferior parts and the returns process was a nightmare. Also, people were saying that they were placing orders then an Indian call centre would call them up asking them to "verify their card details" and when they refused, they cancelled the order.

I'm hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst. I've paid for the 'safe order' option which gives me free returns should there be an issue with the discs.

Part of my order with Mister Auto arrived today, only one wheel bearing of the two I ordered. The other is somewhere in Germany but is due tomorrow, no big deal as it's too wet outside today to work on the car anyway!

Well, today was D(elivery) Day and the discs arrived at home whilst I was at work. Got in and checked them only to find.............. they are the correct ones :D

So in summary: Ordered the discs last Monday, received UPS tracking number on Tuesday, arrived today. So 1 week delivery, not 3 days as advertised but absolutely no issues at all. Maybe I got lucky, maybe Autodoc have improved, either way I've made a big saving and I'm very happy :)

Same horrific experience with AUTO DOC this website or should is say loads of website across Europe mainly. I have ready most of their team are based out of Ukraine. I have ordered two pieces that never came and took so long to ship when they were mentioned to be in stock. Clearly this business is an order crushers. all they want is orders, no matter what is the customer enduring. Besides their support is really untrained and mostly clueless they keep changing ticket manager all the time. Their way of doing business is very misleading very far from our European standards.

I recommend Oscaro, i was delivere dthe next day, unbelivable.

Why would you go and advertise in stock pieces jsut to have them sold on the back of the customer schedule ? its insane.

to finish with be aware of their photos showing side of the cars, they are SOMETIMES reversed sometimes, go and figure.

Went out on a limb and used them once as they were the only place who stocked suspension parts needed for my mum's Panda 100HP at the time.
They did turn up and were correct but from reviews I definitely got lucky haha.

Used them a few times and haven't had any troubles. Recently ordered some suspension parts for an e93, and some service bits for my E46, everything arrived within a couple of days.

Thus far, I've not been able to fault them.
