Those numbers sound sensible to me, if anything good value. Going on the additional detail which you provided re the state of the floor being good, etc, you'd be in for probably £2-2.5k doing it all yourself i would estimate.

Yeah I'd say around £2.5k but to be honest I'd much prefer to get someone else in to do it as it's more than I'd willing to do myself.
