Meh, my birthday doesn't bother me but its still nice when friends surprise me for beers and dinner

Since moving to Edinburgh my birthday had been a more casual affair compared to when I lived in northern ireland(all my family is there)

But I do like Christmas. Not the gifts and nonsense, but the time of year. The colors, music and decorations. Big fan of it.

It's my birthday today, i'm doing a split shift at work and it's busy because of school holidays. I can't even have a proper drink tonight after work as i have to be up for 6 tomorrow morning. Same as any other day then really!
