Ever since day one I have always had problems with EE Website -(I do NOT use the app ) Just been on again and click profile and the pages just go round and round - Nothing you want comes up -It doesn't even show a Account number.
I am on a sim package for two sims with 21gig of Data which I do not use all for a cost of £18 with unlimited calls -I now want to downgrade to calls only and if possible drop cost from £18 a month to around £10-£12.
Can anyone see if they do a call only package for a few quid less.
I have read the other threads on here about new sim cards but it confuses me - Nothing is explaned in OAP language,
I will be going up the town and will pop in a Phone shop and ask there when I get the chance.
I can remember when it used to be dead easy for people like me but things have changed. Normally I never get angry and want to smash things but mobile phones really does wind me up.

Same for most mobile phone providers for some reason - not great designs and frequently down for maintenance or having some kind of issue with loading, etc.

In a similar situation, the website is pretty rubbish. Apparently my sim plan will no longer be supported and i need to move to a different one.
Currently on hold waiting to speak to someone for over 20 mins. The music is so bad/annoying and terrible quality..

The cheapest sim only I see on the website is the 5GB No Frills for £10 a month with a max data speed of 10Mbps which you may not be bothered by.

[edit] I signed up to a retention offer of 10gb sim for £13 a month with 100Mbps speeds.

You'll probably get better customer service from the off brands that use the main networks

Currently with talk home £3.50 rolling monthly 5gb uses EE I get exactly the same coverage I was getting with EE

ID mobile unlimited data used in 5g router uses three it's giving me 300-500mb speeds for £15 rolling monthly or £10 12 month contract with no price rises
