You don't hate water, you hate the taste of minerals or chemicals in the water.
Everything contains water, it is essential for life.
As suggested, try filtering tap water as the filters such as Brita are designed to remove the chemicals added to the national water supply such as chlorine, as well as a portion of the minerals found in harder water.
If that doesn't do it, try various mineral waters, they all have very different compositions, try one, look at what minerals it contains and then if you don't like it, find another with less.
Personally I find Aqua-Pura has the least flavour of all the mineral waters as it really does contain tiny amounts of the majority of minerals, especially compared to Evian which has quite a large amount in it.
Personally I drink tap water, but I have just got used to the chlorinated taste we get in Manchester, probably because I swam a lot as a kid, it doesn't bother me.
Either way, i'd suggest you find a way to learn to like water as its pretty darned important
