messiah khan said:Oh sorry easyrider, didn't notice it was you. Is it the same unit that you thought was too loud? If your sending it back to Gray Mole to be reworked, you could ask him to run the suction line through the bottom of the unit's case. That way you could have the unit sit on top of the P180.
messiah khan said:You sure you want a p180? I loved the case at first, but tbh it really annoys me now. Its over engineered and feels far to cramped. Can't wait to get my v2000 back off Gray Mole so I have a cavern to play with.
easyrider said:Dunno TBH.
v2000 looks very nice.
Does the compressor and everything go in the bottom chamber?
easyrider said:Did you do that or mole?
Have you MSN?
harris1986 said:the only thing that's put me off phase is the apparently increased boot times otherwise i'd be well phased up by now
easyrider said:Yeah,
I figured I have to get it out my system lol
Only thing that was putting me off was the noise.I had to be realistic.I wouldn't handle that level 24/7
Hopefully the silencing tweak will work.He has assured me me thats its perfectly possible to have phase no louder than watercool still with subzero temps and hich clocks

watercooling with 3x70cfm fans.
u won't get *quiet* phase, especially with that electrolux compressor.
it's not real advisable to keep shutting down/booting phase boxes daily either, the compressors prefer to be working 24/7 for best reliability.
