Anyone got anything bad to say about Acronis products?

I used to use Trueimage but used to have constant issues with it corrupting backup archives. I would have to run the backup several times before it would successfully generate an image with solid integrity. I have since been using DriveImage XML ( http://www.runtime.org/driveimage-xml.htm ) which works flawlessly every time. It has the advantages of being free and the bonus of being able to to using the disk in question during the backup process.

Acronis Disk Director is pretty good though, never had a problem with that.
