Anyone had issues with Blizzard refunds? They're refusing a refund and making up reasons why.

I've never requested 1 through Blizzard but Steam is easy and done quite quickly.

I tell me son to play for an hour, take a break and if he still wants the game and enjoys it then carry on, if not I request a refund for him.
