Seen a thread over on those jerks that are elitist, some couple who 47(!) box. 23 each and 1 server. Probably $15-20k a year for that little lot.

Ah I see, so you basically either have the rest on follow or have all your characters on the same spot, and when you run forwards, they all run forward.
or if you do anything else, like you mentioned, cast a fireball, the rest will, interesting, would work well for a bunch of the same classes but for instances sometimes I guess you'd need multiple classes, and that's when it gets tricky and you can control them all like that.

You'd have to switch screens etc? unless you macro'd simple things like healing on the numpad to certain characters etc

10 Mages in a BG? Imagine how many people he takes out!

I think that armchair setup looks pretty awesome, all I'd need to do is uninstall WoW and stick Guild Wars on and away I go. Hmm, could be time to lose this computer desk soon.

Think multiboxing looks fun, id be tempted to run 2 toons, healer and DPS , more than 2 is ott imo specially paying all those subscriptions

So at the ripe old age of 90 you look back and think, **** what a god dam waste of a life. My sympathys go out to these people. May they stay out of the country side and leave it all to me!!

I don't see how it's entertaining though, because you spend a fortune to make yourself ultra self-reliant (which entirely defeats the point in playing and MMO in the first place, especially paying for one.)

Unless you're a gold/loot farmer, I don't understand how someone can prefer doing it this way.
