First hit on google was the sonnet tempo though isn't that exact device.

Looks like its probably the Angelbird Wings X2.

Hmmm... bit suspicious given the image URL... the site on the top level domain points to Angelbird and this is probably the Mac version... this isn't some attempt at marketing is it? i.e. how did you manage to stumble on this image given where its publicly linked without realising who made it :S
