Anyone make their own Pizza's?

Premade bases suck, I cook pizza when i'm sober, because who wants to make pizza when they come back from the pub, you order one then. Or put one in the oven.
But when i do make pizza, it's good, nothing on a good italian restaurant but better than ordered pizza.

I put loads of stuff on, i've been getting into pepperoni (good deli pepperoni) and sardines lately, damn good.

does any one like hot pizzas i like mine with chilli and those hot peppers on it and some tabasco sauce on the base

or sometimes just ham and pineapple

I make them, but for a snack i've also got a habit of doing some toast then topping that like a pizza.

I put the tomato puree on pretty thick, then completely smother the puree with lots of garlic powder so that the top of the sauce is well on its way to being white.

Then i put about a smoothed off teaspoonful of chilli on each one sprinkled evenly.

Grind up a bit of black pepper & sprinkle that on, then throw it under the grill for a minute or two.

Take it back out, put the grated mozerella on pretty thick, then sprinkle that with some mixed italian herbs, back under the grill till it starts going golden brown and then eat it, only takes 10 mins from start to finish.

I like them quite spicy though, my dad complains that i make them a bit too hot so i go easy on the chilli if i do him any.

My mouth is watering now & i've got no mozarella!

I realised not long ago that we had actually got some Mozerella.

So just had to open the bag!

Best snack ever!!!!!....

The tomato sauce I make to base the pizza is a bit bland, it consists of onion, clove of garlic tinned tomato's, basil, oregano, salt and pepper but it's not really zinging.

What else could I add to it?

We make our own pizza at home. We just use ciabatta bread sliced in half for the base with tomato pure on. Then for toppings we normally add:
1) Mixed colour peppers
2) Red/white onion
3) Herta frank furters sliced up
4) Sweetcorn
5) Jalapeno
6) Cheese

Tastes great and quite good for you considering all the veg we put on :).
