Does anyone still use their powerball. I decided to start using mine again and am up to 12500. I can feel my grip and forearms getting stronger by the day

I got around 12,500 in a few days but now the starter rope has gotten tangled inside and I don't havea scewdrivers small enough to undo the screws and get it open >_>

I've been using mine for ages now. I had to take it apart and clean it a while ago, though, as build up of dust, plastic shavings, etc, etc inside was making it spin pretty slowly.
