Indeed. Use having a cleaner as an excuse to tidy before they come.As others have said, they are there to clean, not tidy IMO
Good cleaners and good cleaning companies are easy to come by (though them having availability is not), the issue is that £15 per hour is the minimum to pay.
You have to consider that its not £15 per hour or wharveer you pay as the driving time is unpaid. When you even it out, they may lose an hours pay just driving between sites, setting up etc. Now put that as £11 per hour and they are on basically nothing is they are only paid when at a clients property.
