Over the last couple of weeks my EE signal at work has pretty much died. I've always enjoyed full or close H+ but it looks like those days are gone.
I'm now struggling to achieve 1 bar of G at times and on the odd occasion I manage to register a HSDPA signal its dropped off in a flash. I've tried a couple of times to speak to EE customer services about it but I may as well ring my Grandma because she would have a better idea and make more sense.
Data is not the issue as I have Wi-fi at work but not being able to receive calls is proving to be a royal pain in the anus (I use the handset for work), so I'm wondering if there is anyway to find out what network changes have been applied (if any) and if they could have been detrimental to the coverage.
I've not changed my phone, software or location and the handset is a Galaxy Note II though I don't think its anything to do with my handset as a colleague of mine is suffering from the same issue on his HTC One.
