app cost - how much should i expect to pay?

As most have said, just get your current one made responsive, that'll be a fraction of the price.

Go to a few different companies and request quotes from all of them to do the work, that's quite common practice and you should get an idea of what you should pay.

A mobile optimised site is much better. Unless you're a very big company I doubt anyone would bother installing an app - I wouldn't. You already have a working site, just apply some mobile css to it and away you go.

My thought's exactly, I don't want an app for something i'm able to use easily through a web based site.

It sounds pretty simple. Assuming the graphics are already done and the backend isn't a pita to work with I reckon it could be done in a day(Well I guess it depends on how long a "day" is to someone :D).

Unless I'm misreading it it's only a quote and booking form.

The website appears to be 3 forms and I assume 2 queries and a result (Haven't run through it as I don't want to make a booking :D).
