**Apple Media Event - September 12th **

I just can't get excited about this.

They are just falling further behind the likes of Samsung and (I kid you not) Nokia.

In fact, the phone I am most excited about is the Nokia 920

You mean that the iPhone will support all networks that have or about to have LTE? Or are you asking that the networks should work to Apple's schedule? ;) :p
 
The fact that they are still charging £200 for 48GB of flash memory is what is worst of all. Talk about seeing people coming, should probably hand over your granny too when you buy the 64GB version just for good measure!

Yeah I don't get that. One of Apple's arguments in the patent case was that Samsung were asking for a licence fee greater than the supply cost of the chips that have the tech. Are they saying that it costs them £200 for 48GB of memory? :confused:
 
Anybody else notice they reused the "biggest thing to happen to X since X" line from some of their previous marketing? I knew it sounded familiar.

thought it was 640? HD is 720 no?

I was hoping this would be pretty cool to change my gs3 to, not had apple since i got the original iphone back in the day. But i look at this and it looks the same, diff shell but os is so damned ugly and boring.

Wish they would do something with it to personalise it a bit, widgets etc like android. WP has live tiles....ios has the same bloody icons its always had.
