Iphone 5, i risked it its only £2.75

I did it with the ipone 4 and got a case for it weeks before the shape was announced and then ended up buying a bumper on release day

I'm a 02 Platinum member so have been able to upgrade since July - 6 months early. Depending on what the new iPhones about, I shall be upgrading. If it's a new design, 100% upgrading, if the same, then it's I'm changing to Simplicity.

Mmhhhh we know what iOS5 is, so I'm really not bothered. Phones are powerful enough. It's the software that needs massively upgrading these days.
About the only thing they can add that would actually make me consider an upgrade is contactless payment, but then you need places to use it.

Contact less payment is pointless to most at the moment but a dual core iphone with a bigger screen and more ram will be welcomed by the masses!!!!

upgrade comes on 2nd of January for me hopefully stock will be available then and I'm not gonna take any crap from O2 about paying £300 odd to upgrade to another 24 month contract!

How much stock is normally available for new phones, going by past experience? Is it impossible to get one within the first few weeks and months?

It is usually hard, iphone 4's were fetching 1k on the bay last year days after release
