Oh man really want to purchase a Custom PC on here! But having so much trouble with OC customer service!

Wanted to amend a custom build, emailed them/phoned them so many times over last few days, and still have not responded! Such as shame, as i heard OC were one of the best! Really need that new PC ASAP as my Oculus Rift VR kit surprise landed yesterday!

Try posting in the pre-sales queries section instead, responses are very quick in there :)

I don't bother with any form of customer support outside of the forums.

How comes you have had troubles ordering?
 
Yeah I didn't realise that free shipping is taken away too... Makes it a fairly poor deal for us regulars with free postage unless you spend a substantial amount. :(
 
Yes im finding it the same, i get instant forum responses - really the speed is amazing!

I initially filled out the online web form, Simon answered back saying i should email my specs to the sales team. Hence, i emailed someone called Ashley Bourne, however have been waiting for ages and still no response to any of my emails.

I even called in a few times to ask to speak with him, was told he was busy on other line and that he received my email and would respond in an hour! (this is this morning at 9:30am, its now past 1pm and still no response!) getting very tired of this!

Spend £1000, save £75.00 a great deal for some people.

If your spending less than £150 then yes the deal does not save a forum member much if anything, but you can use one or the other.

As said above, it's a decent saving if you're spending a fair amount, also great for people not qualifying for free shipping.
