Aquiss

Nice to see you on here. Nothing came through, checked Junk, Spam and my bin just in case.
Be good if your pricing could some what batch others, I was happy on the 1st year deal basically £39 a month for 300mb, bit year two at £45 stings a bit when I now will be getting 500mb for £42.
I'd have stayed put if it was even £45 for 500mb. Maybe be back in the future, customer service was definitely as good as it gets.

Duplicate email has just been sent for your records

Pricing is very linked to our wholesale costs, so whilst we do have some progress in the works, its still commercially sensitive. I'm also very mindful of the economic world we are presently in and costs coming into the business, so I always base everything on a sound commercial decision making.

Welcome Martin

Great to see you on here, this is the thread I originally heard all about Aquiss and the good feedback from others made me sign up early this year.

With Christmas just around the corner, I wanted to sneak in a quick message before the festivities take over, to thank all Aquiss customers, for your continued support that you have given myself and my team throughout 2025. We really do appreciate it.

CityFibre recently activated in my street (start of the month). I'm looking at Aquiss as a solid provider, but their website says no availability when all the all the other players say they can supply. What am I missing?

We delay live data by a couple of weeks, as we have found they release areas incorrectly (ie: not yet ready) and then pull it on the next refresh, which is something we account for. They have huge amount of data flaws, that we also like to polish up before making public.

If you can drop an email into our sales desk, we can take a manual look for you.

Any plans to add any of the HU postcodes soon?

I know CityFibre is alive and kicking there now thanks to Connexin!

Order placed with Aquiss yesterday and even pre-ordering they’ve been stellar with responses to questions I’ve had regarding availability (my street wasn’t available to order via CityFibre) which was sorted pronto.

Now I just need to sort out a router for the 2.5Gbit speeds.

Anyone had a rise in latency gaming recently?
Apart from sim racing which none of the games monitor my latency, my guilty pleasure is to play a bit of old skool CSS every now and then, the servers I play on have always shown sub 10ms latency down to as low as 4ms - this was also the case when I joined Aquis, but now they seem to be in the 15 -25ms range. Wandering what's changed if anything? just seems strange.

149.202.65.178 is the server

Maybe the server moved?

Your traffic to that IP address is being routed via Limburg, Germany.
Not really their fault, but I'm sure Aquiss' upstream provider could route another way to prevent that if they were aware.

I have 8ms from Zen.
