just an update on my ping... just noticed my pings have dropped down even further 5ms less to various websites i was pinging :)

My ping is around 12-13ms, though that’s tested over WiFi (BT line) 1gb Aquiss.
Not overly bothered what it is really, don’t think it has much effect unless multiplayer gaming perhaps?

Just for clarity, we have not moved any existing circuits to Manchester and neither do we jump customers between Manchester and London (before anyone mentions that...we're not Zen you know lol)

Please provide some IPs/sites and pop a ticket into support so we can investigate. It could be off our side, but I would still prefer that the team check.

Hi Martin .. its Stewart from Dundee Scotland.. contacted you before about pings... was caught off guard when i seen a 5ms drop in ping..websites and even game servers. from 20ms to 14ms .. wasnt expecting to see a lower ping but for some reason my ping was lower. i just assumed somhing had changed from your end lol. but tested this morning and it was back up.
