Appreciate a certain level of commercial sensitivity to a detailed answer on what's coming, but in general terms, if someone wished to avail themselves of your presumed Black Friday offer, when might be a good time to look at the website?

I’ve been wondering this too, I need to get my parents moved over to Aquiss.

Pre registration for 5gb is now available.

Not taking the jump myself yet as 2.5gb feels like overkill most of the time

Latest announcement is a beta test of DHCP on CityFibre services, which is a nice development

Now that's interesting. Being a UDM-SE user, I daren't go above 1.2 without changing to a UCG-F while PPPoE is still a thing.

Yeah I’ll definitely try it as soon as it’s an option

So to keep everyone in the picture, the planned work over this weekend and into early next week is to start to terminate the Layer2/L2TP sessions from the various networks (BT Wholesale, CityFibre etc), into the new BNGs/LNSs that have been in testing for a few months and start using the new radius platform that has been built. It's this new platform that is bringing an array of new things we have planned into 2027 (the team work and development stack is pretty much full for the next 12 months).

Do you have a plan for two people in the same subnet on DHCP being able to connect to each other? Is the fix "use IPv6" or does the BNG platform support some level of proxy ARP?
