I was wondering why the game was not loading up just now
It feels like that is the rhythm the game has settled into.I do love that you've got a big mix of characters with how people play this game but I'm not gonna lie, I shoot at basically everyone in duos or trios. Solos I'm more inclined to just chill because 99% of the time I'm running free loadouts just doing the quests, but in squads I'm fighting everyone and having a good time doing it.
I'm definitely not doing any detective work to find out who was the innocent party.
(previous railgun experience helps me thinks
)
Angry Joe actually commented on open mics etc, he made the same observation as me, which is that I've seen more use of voice comms between strangers in Arc Raiders than I have seen in any game for a long long time, usually people dont speak much to strangers in games but barely a round goes by in this where I dont get into a conversation with someone or other.It feels like that is the rhythm the game has settled into.
Squads of any size tend to be a group free for all, while solos can be less aggressive towards each other.
I did see a squad running around with open mics offering healing and playing tunes which was entertaining and bucked the trend. I think talking rather than emoting in squads definitely helps.
And I had a game where we joined forces with another squad to try and take out the queen, but we ran out of time before she ran out of health.
I also saw a squad doing "don't shoot" then stab the other squad in the back when they passed by peacefully.
I sold all my high value items and made more room, that cost me 200000! can't stand not having enough space for stuff, not sure if I maxed it out coz I can't see the upgrade option anymore.
Just had a few rounds and killed 3, was on a roll, only firing back when attacked, some pointless fights people start eg I'm the one running away in the open, they're on a roof with some cover, 180, 2 shots, dead(previous railgun experience helps me thinks
)
Nearly took down what seemed to be a pretty good player, I think I was one shot away from killing him, I triggered his auto smoke grenade thing anyway, but if someone has a fully auto weapon that sort of has the advantage of blinding the one being shot.
I enabled nightmode in sound settings but still didn't hear that guy and I'm usually pretty good with headphones and sound awareness but I guess this game is on another level
Most games starting in 15 secs for me, just had one that took over a min.
That quote wasn't me!It's nice but it's only 24 more slots. You'll fill that easily, you should work on compressing that loot down via the way of upgrading your guns up to tier 4, and then crafting attachments, so that ideally every gun is ready to take out. Space issues are primarily caused by running free kits. Getting used to regularly losing kit is good because it gets rid of your gear fear and makes combat more fun.
Dont be afraid too much of fully auto weapons, the torrente is the nastiest for sure but it's actually not massively great, it requires being crouched to get half decent accuracy, most of the good players now don't see they guns as close to META, they still generally stick with guns that can shoot straight and get reliable headshots that have OK damage.

Fake news! Fake news I say!

Did a load of single rounds last night, ticking some missions off. Even took down a rocketeer with someone's help. Everyone was friendly, took some good guns in then got jumped in the metro by an extraction camper.![]()
Good tips thanks, maybe I'm tracking too many items as well, just need to focus of some craft bench upgrades and blueprints (although I assume those are just gonna be random).It's nice but it's only 24 more slots. touch wood no crashed yet. not played that much however, maybe 10 hours.Does anyone elses game crash due to croupt files ? I have verified files but it happens every now and then..
Tagging grenades are superb, its like getting a temporary ESP hack lolI never used tagging grenades but I can see their use around extraction points. If playing day missions I always take a hatch key.
/memeon Its funny cause its true
