Arc Raiders

You can also craft them, if your Utility Workbench is a lvl 2 that is ? You need 1 Advanced Electrical Component and 3 Sensors (according to internet, I am not in the game for the moment) . No clue if those are expensive as well or not, all my benches is still lvl 1 ! :p
True...hatch keys are insanely easy to get/make, even the price of them if you buy them is peanuts. Just a couple of items on 1 run gives you enough money to buy a key and at this point I have 2 million credits in the bank, enough to buy over 200 hatch keys for 200 runs.

You can have as much money as you want but you can only buy 1 key a day. I built key whenever I have enough sensors but, never get them at a fast enough rate to keep a steady stock of them.

Let's gooooo lol

I have far too many sensors most of the time, I end up scrapping a lot of them but I basically have 20 in my stash all the time. They are really easy to get, I find so many remote controls and radios in apartment buildings to get sensors, plus you can get them from Celeste

Fantastic for you, I've only ever found one remote control, never even seen a radio... As you say its like you are playing a different game from the rest of us.

Certainly seems that way, as I say its VERY weird, as I say though, dont forget to buy from celeste, you can buy enough sensors from her to make 10 keys a week, add that to the 7 you can buy and thats 17 hatch keys a week (68 hatch keys a month) - not including the ones you make/find/loot during the course of the week/month

This has been doing the rounds. The upcoming December cold snap update:

New Snowfall weather system: Arriving in December, blizzards will significantly reduce visibility and change combat dynamics.

Footprints: Fresh snow will reveal player footprints, allowing for enemy tracking or awareness of being followed.

Flickering Flames event: A new in-game event adds fresh objectives and a more intense atmosphere.

Tactical shift: The update encourages stealthier builds, tighter movement, and close-range tactics due to reduced visibility.

As someone who loves snow biomes in games, I'm really looking forward to this update :D

I hope the 'reduced visibility' is implemented properly. Imagine walking into Arc or Players and all shotgun hell breaks loose.

Yea they are quite cheap to craft.

To be honest 9000 credits is pocket change later, I've nearly hit a million.

Just had a sniper (who was way too accurate tbh) hitting me from one of the outer towers on Spaceport, hit me about 5-6 times, luckily I was able to heal/regen my shield inbetween but the distance was a few hundred metres so I was wary as to how he was so accurate, even with an Osprey. Managed to extract though as I was only looking for Surveyors but non seemed to have spawned that I could find. I doubt he would have heard but I gave him a verbal "go away you intolerable desk drawer handle horse rider", or something like that. ;):p:D

Honestly they haven't fixed anything, it's a mitigation that sets people on fire if they enter the room using the glitch. I'm 100% glad they addressed this but it speaks volumes about their competence at actually fixing the original problem. I'd be willing to bet (figuratively, Tombstone!) that this'll end up frying legit keycard holders or something equally as dumb. I have the popcorn ready for the reddit lol.

I hate to be that guy, buuuuuuuuuut. Called it.

This is SO OBVIOUS, they're trying to be smart and **** about, instead of just FIXING the original problem, they're now on their 3rd botched attempted. It didn't take a genius to figure out this was just a really dumb mitigation that was going to cause more unintended problems. And is dumb in the context of the game lore. I'm not a god damn soothsayer, I only have moderate experience with coding at best, I saw this a mile off lol.

sounds really interesting, I wonder how much content/ideas they have lined up to keep rotating/keeping the game fresh

Hahaha what reason have you got for dropping onto that ledge other then trying to find another glitch to get inside the room without a keycard.
