ArcheAge, Ultima Online's rebirth?

Had a great time playing last night yeah it was busy but running around in a raid group was fun ! Only got to level 10 though. Didn't come across any quest bugs and only had to wait 7 mins to get in. Only thing I didn't get was my founder stuff.
 
I couldn't work out how to get a farm or anything, was on a few hours after launch as had to spend time with my g/f lol. Finally got level ten and to that mirage island but I only had 11 stars so couldn't buy a house? Where do you get farms and how?

You don't need coins for a farm, you just need the scarecrow, which you get from a quest.
 
Either they will do something about it, or people won't subscribe if they can't even get a spot of land that's worth it.

Course they will, but in the meantime they won't do anything to disabuse people of the notion that if they don't pay money to get in on the headstart they'll never, ever get a house.
 
At the moment it's fine if you want a small farm, but the plots for land for houses have all about gone. Partly because so many people have just plonked a scarecrow down and quit, and if it's placed awkwardly it can take up loads of wasted land. Also apparently there was some issue with items giving out too many gilda coins, letting some people get multiple houses basically instantly.

I played until 4am without realising it, hit level 20. I think I'm going to need to find a guild though.. I found my first dungeon and I tried to solo it, promptly fell into a pit and got eaten alive :(
 
I played most of the night too. Two chars on two different servers, so I can decide later which to play most. I haven't joined a guild yet, but on one server I've got a farm + house, and on the other just a farm.

It's not sustainable as it is. Well under 24 hours since the head start began and all the house land is gone, people are up in arms on their forums since they paid for the head start. Some people have 5-6 houses already so it's no surprise really.
 
No idea what server your on but on Kyprosa, plenty of land still available. It might not be a top spot or even a brilliant spot but it's land.

For houses? I know it's still fine to get farm land. People are complaining that they can't find any house land even in pvp zones.
 
kyprosa went all laggy awhile ago and kicked me off now I get stuck on an intro loop, loads on the forums got the same stupid intro loop too.
maybe the login servers have died, can't get to my account management on the website either

BTW we got any guilds on kyprosa I can join? 21 archer/shadow/whatever defense?
just 1 coin thing short of the farm but I seem to be to low level for the next part of the quest series lol :|
 
Yup, nobody can get in as their authentication servers are messed up and Trion went to bed at 6pm last night and seem to have taken the weekend off.

Yeah my guilds spread out house wise, two top areas are full but the third has plenty of space. I even took a good friend/guildmate out there an hour or so ago and he had so much space to put a house, farm the lot and could have easily done a double. I would say another 30+ houses could be put up and down the stretch, much busier there now than when i put mine down last night.

There are spaces to put them, just either people don't know them or don't class them as good spots.
