Quite a few people bought Arctic Liquid Freezer II CPU coolers after Steve Burke from GN reviewed them very highly, and after recommendations here. I know a lot of Ryzen owners bought one, including me.
Arctic have preempted a potential problem with some of them and have asked Steve Burke to make a video on it, very commendable of them.
Here is the video, its been out for a few weeks but i've only just seen it, not all coolers are effected, only those made at a certain date, Arctic have a website for you to check yours, its very simple https://www.arctic.de/en/lf-service-kit
If yours is effected they will send you a free repair kit, whats more Arctic have extended the original 2 years warranty to 6 years, that is retrospective for all coolers no matter when you bought it.
PS: Mine, a Liquid Freezer II 360, is not effected. its an early one bought in Feb 2021.
Manufacturing faults do happen, to anyone, how Arctic are dealing with this i think is really excellent.
