Are you asking if you are using the gears correctly? It’s hard to tell from the sped up video.

I doubt that your bike’s alternator is putting any charge into the battery with the engine idling.
None of the bikes I’ve owned put any charge into the battery with the engine idling. If you’ve fitted a new battery and it’s not charging, you need to get the alternator tested.
