Are you asking if you are using the gears correctly? It’s hard to tell from the sped up video.

I’m not being judgemental but if you want to improve your riding to make it safer and faster, have a read of this:

How's your head this morning?

Confused as my bike battery is not getting charge when I throttle...new battery and left my bike running for 10 mins then it cut out...

I doubt that your bike’s alternator is putting any charge into the battery with the engine idling.

Faulty alternator then ?

None of the bikes I’ve owned put any charge into the battery with the engine idling. If you’ve fitted a new battery and it’s not charging, you need to get the alternator tested.

I revved the bike and on reading up the reading from my volt meter should have been 14.4v it was 12v
