Didn't think so. Thats all I use them for - general reversing is fine without them.
Not a lorry, but Busses yes.. my local Arriva yard they line all the busses up and I often see them reverse them into the row..
People in Volvo estates manage easily without them too.

Sorry.. im just arguing for the sake of it this morning.. they are handy.. my dad asks me to park his 118 in the Drive sometimes you cant see naff all so the Sensors are handy..
If you need parking sensors on a 1-Series then you shouldn't be driving. In fact, you should be taken out and shot.

Obviously, because modern technology is SO bad! Anything to make your life easier must be banned, including ABS, electric windows, air conditioning and remote locking.![]()
I'm well aware that there is a Corsa behind me, thank-you very much - I can see it out of the rear window, after all. And I don't need a really, really, really, really, really, really....
....really, really, really annoying beep to reinforce that fact![]()
Are you aware of the ability to turn off said beep?
